MEET THE CHEF: MOLLEY GILLISPIE

From my deep roots in hospitality, I bring a service-first perspective to my work. With experience in cooking, bartending and just about every role in food service, I think beyond the plate to create memorable in-home dining experiences.

I’ve trained in fine-dining kitchens under award-winning chefs, catered events for hundreds, and most recently specialized in customized gourmet meal delivery. After moving to Jackson from Los Angeles—where I cooked nutritious, delicious meals for busy families and demanding celebrity clients—I’m excited to get to know each person I cook for. My goal is simple: take the stress of planning and cooking off your plate so you never have to ask, “What’s for dinner?”.
